Standard processing times apply to all accounts. VIP members at Silver tier and above receive faster processing. Processing times are estimates and may be affected by Philippine banking network schedules, public holidays, and verification requirements.

Bonus funds are separate from real-money deposits until any applicable wagering requirements are met. Abusing bonus offers – including through multiple account registrations, collusion, or any other method designed to exploit bonus structures without genuine gaming intent – is a prohibited activity and may result in account closure and forfeiture of funds.

In the event of a conflict between specific game rules and these general Terms, the specific game rules apply to that game context.
All casino games are operated using certified random number generation (RNG) systems or, in the case of live casino, with human dealers in real time. Results are final once confirmed by the system. Our maximum liability to any individual player in connection with any single claim is limited to the amount of that player's deposit balance at the time the claim arose. Nothing in these Terms limits liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other matter that cannot be lawfully excluded.

By using the platform, you consent to the collection and use of your personal information in accordance with that policy. Personal data is used to operate and secure your account, process payments, verify identity, and comply with applicable requirements.
